This is doable with all characters. Dustkid is arguably the easiest in the sense that piloting her through the level does not require anything special.

Is this really doable with all characters? Can't seem to find a way to do the 60 degree slope after 3 prisms with dustman/girl. You have to save an aircharge for the wall, but even that doesn't get you high enough to either hit the prisms on the inlet to the right or reach the detached area to the left.
