redesigned the blocks around the mega tunnels to be more playable and added dustblocks around the zetta slopes to compensate for / act like dust

also i added prisms to the peta tunnel

hmm, why take the excessive liberties? not every [x stock map] [condition] needs to be SS'able. this is more like "septillion rough" instead of "yotta difficult surfaceless"; it's a very different map
