I agree with Temp, the lack of camera made some of the sections pretty hard to read while playing. Also I think experimenting with visuals would've added a bit a flavor.

Difficulty is pretty strange.  There's knowing a pretty long mapler is going to happen when it's off screen.  There's the tera section, and then there's a boost directly into spikes. Everything else is comparatively trivial, and two of the things are more knowledge gated than skill gated.

Fog triggers and having even a slight graphical style helps a lot too.  Even just adding some contrast.
