map notes
A quick little map.

The idea behind this level is to clear prisms in seemingly awkward spots while at the same time maintaining speed and flow.

EDIT: Also, thanks Magnetbrain for testing the map <3

I was just thinking "hmm some prisms are placed a bit awkward", then I read your description lol. I like the idea and also the execution, nice.

This level is godlike. So much room for optimization and tons of flow.

There's just one part that I feel is a bit too tight, which is the one after the diagonal tunnel thing, where you drop onto a slope, jump and ceiling run on a little platform and destroy the 3 prisms after it (before the last checkpoint essentially). Doing that at max speed is a mess.

It is a bit tight, I agree. I actually made it easier twice though :P. Originally the only way it was possible to clear it was using a backswing.

The only parts I actually flat out hated were the prisms after a dash slope, and the second to last heavy prism wall, don't know how to get it like Seight did. Every time I dash down into the last slope I hit the other side and lose it all.

I had that problem a bit as well, basically you need to get enough speed from the previous ramp where you can airdash early to heavy the prism behind the wall at a distance. Then downdash before you get to the wall. After that I found that only dashing once on the final ramp that leads down to the big prism is the best way of doing things since the slopes will guide you down there and additional dashes will 'catch' you on the slope and slow you down.

seems like all the levels named after food are really good.  cotton candy, milkshake, mashed potatoes, chocolate sundae, this one, etc.  now someone just needs to name their map after pizza or something and its an instant classic.

The flow on this is unbelievably fun, very well done.
