I don't know maybe someone who uses them as a rating of the map? That's kind of the whole point of having them, otherwise this site would just have the maps  and no rating system.

the rating system has historically been abused for years because literally anyone can make alts and just bomb shit.  dont have to have actually played the map, dont actually have to prove anything, you just have to care enough to log into alts and do it.  i could go through the first 5 pages on atlas and 1bomb everything in less than a minute if i wanted to; anyone can.  ideally hearts would be useful for rankings but they literally mean nothing because of how easily they can be exploited; comments are objectively better because its often by people with reasonable standards and at least proves some knowledge of what the map is. i know very  few people who decide if a map is worth playing based on the ratings of the map because frankly it means very very little
