map notes
This is my second map, which I've been working on intermittently for quite a while. It's aesthetically and nominally an homage to SubparFiddle and his silhouette maps, with a color scheme inspired by the CS bunnyhopping map bhop_cherry (which also contributes to the name).
There's a certain trick to making the layered look on the semi-slanted blocks, and it requires five different layers to pull off. It's really cool in my opinion, so if you want to see how it's made, feel free to pull it apart in the editor.
I want to give a huge shoutout to indapop for all his help on this map; the ending to the map is all him, and he made the leftside climb loads more interesting than I had it originally. There's also bunches of other tweaks around the map that he was helpful on, including lots of the funkier camera stuff (which continues to elude me -_-).
I also want to shoutout out bobma99 for giving me another set of eyes on the map, and especially giving me advice about the readability and aesthetics of the route. I know it's not perfect, but I'm really happy with how the map turned out and I couldn't have done it without the help of these guys.
