Quadrant 1 and 2 confirmed to work.

Quadrant 3 and 4 undetermined (let me know if you get one in these, post a comment please!)

Quad 1 and 2 also allow some of the dust to be swept with a neutral heavy.  I'm guessing the bug is essentially the same.

Yes, check in my replay at 21s~ for Quadrant 1, and 59s~ for Quadrant 2
