Log in to your Gmail account and click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Click on the "Accounts and Import" tab.
In the "Import mail and contacts" section, click on the "Import mail and contacts" button.
Enter the email address of the PST file you want to import and click on the "Continue" button.
Enter the password for the email account and click on the "Continue" button.
In the next screen, select the data you want to import, including mail, contacts, and calendar.
Choose the options for how you want to handle duplicates, and whether you want to import your mail into a new label or an existing one.
Click on the "Start import" button to begin the process.
The import process may take some time, depending on the size of the PST file and the amount of data you're importing. You can monitor the progress of the import in the "Accounts and Import" tab.
Once the import process is complete, you should see all of your imported data in your Gmail account. Note that this method will only import data from your PST file into your Gmail account, and won't delete any data from your PST file. If you want to remove the data from your PST file, you'll need to do so manually after the import process is complete.
