On a daily basis, our guests can find us buying fresh fish, seafood or produce, as well as hormone-free chicken, and prime and aged filet mignon for the ultimate flavor and quality.
Each day, we make all of our sauces, salad dressings, salsas and breading in house from scratch. We use 100% cholesterol-free oil, extra virgin olive oil and flavorful herbs and spices. Each ingredient is selected for its quality, and plays a part in elevating our dishes to a fine dining level in a fun and casual restaurant.
