I've noticed you usually don't SS a lot of your maps. I'd suggest you actually try to get the SS, it should give you a good idea of things that aren't too "fun" to have to deal with. If you just play through the map not caring about getting the SS you'll not get the full experience most people here will go for.

I think you if you do that and then stop yourself to think "was that way I lost the SS really fair or a fun obstacle" then modify your level accordingly, your map will greatly improve as a result.
