This is actually an amazing first map. I don't have any major issues with it and there's a lot that could have gone wrong with this kind of route.

why can't i download maps

Maybe try running Dustforce as administrator, or if that doesn't fix it you can download the level file and put it in your levels folder (steamapps/common/dustforce/user/levels)

well I actually forgot about direct file download until now, but ive been downloading maps for literally years with no problem.. suddenly now whenever I download a map it just acts as if Im watching an invalid replay as Dustman falls for infinity

Okay I got it to work , great map, real breathe of fresh air.

Only minor concern would be that the camera is maybe a little too close in some areas making it hard to see the next section.
Other than that, looked nice and really good gameplay.
