If you mean the hidden ramp: I have.
Also, I managed to climb the building the hidden ramp is attached to and get OoB to the right of the building and find an infinite fall.

Guess I should have made the building a little taller.
Also, there's more than just a hidden ramp.

Found the hidden path now, not all that interesting though :P but oh well better than nothing I guess ^_^
