These loops were actually pretty good. The red part was kinda lame though; couldn't see shit.

Why did Varredor evolve into Varrezen though?  Was it ever answered?  Did Varrezen come from AN ALTERNATE DARK FUTURE to KILL Varredor and take his place, thus escaping the CRIPPLING MADNESS of his own DOOMED EXISTENCE, if only briefly?
