Since this map has no objective or end flag and just doesn't work period, I can't tell if trolling or serious.  In either case, I suggest checking out the help in the editor next time.  Also, you can download Atlas maps to your editor folder and open them in the editor to learn how maps are supposed to work.  It's in (Your Install Directory for Steam)\steamapps\common\Dustforce\user\level_src
