Fun map, good flow and really nice setting! If I can, since your maps are always beautiful (and also this map is beautiful), the ocean and the sky in the background seem to me a bit "empty" (compared to the rest of the map).
But it doesn't matter :).

I was gunna add the "ships" like I did in City Heights, but I was afraid there being too many sprites and causing serious lag like it did in Alpine so I left the ocean alone. Also the sky was supposed to look gloomy and foggy. Thank you for the input. :D

Loooved that, my brother always calls Pillars of Pepper "that one radio song," so I knew what you were doing with it immediately!
My favorite though is the ocean noise created by lots of ambient wind (?), before it falls into that other song I can't remember
