Jake's map had a different script that only let players watch their own replay. This map, on the other hand, forbids replay watching entirely unless the replay in question is from someone part of your "team" (which includes you and your own replays). If you are not participating in DLC 3, then you have no "team", and therefore will not be able to watch replays until the Sunday following map release.
